SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Third Axis. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse within India.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will begin processing the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods such as new drop launches. We will communicate any delays via email.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–4 business days

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days

Remote and rural areas: 5–7 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather, strikes, public holidays, etc.). Third Axis is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or external factors once the order has been dispatched.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping is available on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and select pincodes only. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

If COD is not available for your pincode, you may complete your purchase using any of our prepaid payment options: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or Razorpay.

Please note: For COD orders, if the package is refused or returned to us due to non-acceptance or customer unavailability, the order will not be eligible for a refund of any shipping charges incurred.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info.thirdaxis@gmail.com.

  1. FAILED DELIVERY & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Our courier partner will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

In such cases:

Prepaid orders: A store credit or re-shipment may be offered at our discretion. Re-shipment charges will apply.

COD orders: Refused or undeliverable COD orders will not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.

To avoid failed delivery, please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing the order. Third Axis is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take quality seriously. In the unlikely event that you receive:

• A product that is damaged in transit
• A defective product (manufacturing fault)
• An incorrect item (wrong product or variant)

Please contact us at info.thirdaxis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery or without supporting photographs may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size ordered). Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

  1. LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info.thirdaxis@gmail.com. We will raise an investigation with our courier partner.

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a full replacement or refund. Third Axis is not responsible for delays in courier investigations, which may take 7–10 business days to resolve.
