RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Third Axis, every order is quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference. Claims are accepted strictly under the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with Third Axis, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  1. ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR A CLAIM

We will only accept a return, replacement, or refund claim if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:

• The product was damaged in transit
• The product has a manufacturing defect (stitching fault, print error, material defect)
• You received the wrong product or wrong variant (incorrect size, incorrect color)

Claims raised for any other reason — including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or dissatisfaction with fit — will not be accepted. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

  1. CLAIM WINDOW

All claims must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery confirmation.

Delivery confirmation is defined as the date your tracking status updates to “Delivered”, or the date you physically receive the package — whichever comes first.

Claims raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this window.

  1. HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

To raise a valid claim, email us at info.thirdaxis@gmail.com within the 3-day window with all of the following:

• Your order number
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage
• Clear photographs of the original packaging (outer box or poly bag)
• A brief written description of the issue

Incomplete claims — those missing photographs, order number, or packaging evidence — will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional evidence if required.

  1. CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS

Once we receive your claim with all required information, we will review it within 2–3 business days.

We will notify you via email of one of the following outcomes:

• Claim Approved — We will proceed with a resolution (see Section 5)
• Claim Rejected — We will provide a reason for rejection

Third Axis reserves the right to approve or reject any claim at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

  1. RESOLUTION — REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If your claim is approved, we will offer either a refund or a replacement at our discretion, based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Replacement
• A replacement of the same product in the same size and color will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of claim approval
• If the exact variant is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund

Refund
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of claim approval
• COD orders: Refunds will be issued as a bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the fault is entirely ours

The choice between refund and replacement is made by Third Axis based on the specific situation. We will communicate our decision clearly via email.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Whether return shipping is required depends on the nature of the claim:

• Transit damage — Return shipping will be arranged and covered by Third Axis
• Manufacturing defect — Return shipping will be arranged and covered by Third Axis
• Wrong item received — Return shipping will be arranged and covered by Third Axis

In all valid cases, do not ship the product back to us until we have confirmed your claim and provided a return shipping label or instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be processed and may not be returned to you.

  1. CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

If a return is required, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Packed securely to prevent further damage in transit

Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return, regardless of the original claim reason.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

The following situations are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor colour variation due to screen/display settings
• Product ordered during a sale or promotional period (unless damaged or defective)
• Claims raised after the 3-day window

  1. EXCHANGES

We do not offer size or color exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item dispatched by us. If you have received the correct item in the size and color you ordered, exchanges will not be processed.
